Lil Wayne Banned From Smokin' and Drinkin' for 3 Years

According to TMZ, it appears as though Weezy can not consume any illegal vapors or alcoholic beverages while on his 36 month probation. At the same time, he is Lil Wayne, so don't be scared if you see a clip of him rippin' a bong.
