This past Thursday’s show at Phat Kaps was something of a homecoming for the rising rap star Yelawolf, who grew up in Antioch, Tennessee before moving to Alabama. Hundreds of his fans shut down Phat Kaps Boutique leaving them itching for more after having witnessed the crack-induced and Energizer-bunny like performance ofYelawolf. Already having an emotionally charged and equally volatile flow, Yelawolf’s ability to command attention and fire up the crowd will provide him a great platform for nation-wide tours to come. After all, Yelawolf is set to make big moves this year after signing with Shady Records and the rave that will be attributed to this summer’s release of his new album “Radioactive.” –Rob, Break On A Cloud
