David LaChapelle To Sue Over Rihanna's "S&M" Video, Claiming It Was His Ideas

First, on twitter, David La Chapelle said: "The next time you make a David LaChapelle music video you should probably hire David LaChapelle." It was later deleted.

Now, a lawsuit was filed that said: "The music video is directly derived from and substantially similar to the LaChapelle works."
