So the problem was too many people on T.I.'s bus to the halfway house the first time he got out. It's all confusing to me, but he is officially in a halfway house. Congratulations to T.I., his fans, and his fam...hopefully he can stay out and put on some music.
TIP's Lawyer Tells TMZ:
