Similar to what happened to Rick Ross several months ago, Lil Wayne's plane made an emergency landing in Texas mid flight, due to him having "Seizure-like symptoms". He was then hospitalized in Texas. Apparently, he is doing better now, but you can't play when it comes to stuff like that.
