500,000 albums shipped for good kid, m.A.A.d City means that K. Dot's debut studio album is now certified gold. It reaches a feat that many artists do not achieve, and is a great accomplishment for a great album. Congratulations to the young Compton MC, and a big thanks to him for helping hip-hop move forward in the right direction.
