Kanye West & Cap 1 - 1998 Unreleased Cypher (Video)

A never before seen cypher from 1998 featuring 2 Chainz right hand man Cap 1 and the one and only Kanye West.

Rare vintage footage of Cap 1 and Kanye West performing in Chicago in 1998. The footage was taken at Cap 1's going away party prior to leaving for NYC to take his record deal with Motown. Cap and Kanye worked closely together at the time. Very rare.
