Outkast Will Be Headlining The Governors Ball In NYC This June

Rolling Stone reports that on June 6th to June 8th at New York City’s Randall’s Island Park, Outkast is scheduled to headline The Governors Ball. So now on top of Coachella, the super-duo will be headlining another event. Could this mean that their tour will actually happen?
