Lupe has been named the Music Director for the 2014 World Cup by The U.S. Soccer Team via an announcement earlier today. Apparently, Wasalu will be creating Spotify playlists with his SNDCLSH group, and he will handle in-game music programming during the Send-Off Series. The US team will be promoting Fiasco’s new single titled
"Mission" as part of the promotion. Lupe will also perform in Times Square in New York during Fan Appreciation Day on May 30th and will perform a set in Chicago at the U.S. Soccer Fan Fest prior to USA’s game against Ghana on June 16th.
