While out in Annecy, France... I met some good people that reminded me of some friends from NYC. Here I was, in a place I've never heard of before landing there, feeling like I was right at home. I wrote these raps over KRS One's classic "A Friend" instrumental, mainly because I thought all of this "No New Friends" shit was corny... If new people come into your life and bring positivity, prosperity, and new money opportunities... I say welcome them with open arms! And on the flip side of that, having people in your life with no drive and a bunch of negativity isn't healthy at all... With that said, enjoy the visuals... "Friendz"

I wanted to do a little something different with the visuals for this record. Instead of doing a normal performance based video, I wanted to tell a story instead. A silent film or a vignette so to speak. The treatment was inspired by a story told to me by one of my OG’s… Basically saying that business done out of love brings you the result you love. And a woman that truly loves you unconditionally would go out of her way, no questions asked, as long as those actions are reciprocated. Shout out to model Alexis Lewis for a job well done! And also to the homies at JB Styles Barber Shop.

Shot in St. Emilion, France... I just felt the pure vibes and the atmosphere of this old city. Known as most famous region in France for wine, this city also has amazing architecture... On the spot we just decided it would be perfect to shoot my Picasso Baby freestyle here. A kid from NYC's inner city, out in the world enjoying and living life... I think the Big Homie would approve! What up yall, Bonjour from France! I teamed up SPACE MONKEYS (SPMK) clothing brand, and the iconic DJ CUT KILLER, to create a legendary freestyle medley – “CLASSIC SHIT”, in promotion of my highly anticipated new project – SAVOIR FAIRE.
Cut Killer is one of the most famous hip-hop dj’s in France and Europe. For 15 years, his radio show “Cut Killer Show” has been on Skyrock Radio.. Skyrock Radio is the biggest radio station in France. Being a hip-hop aficionado, Cut Killer linked up with me and created a dope medley for the freestyle, which is a tribute to some of the most legendary French-international rappers/emcees such as Fabe, Les Little, Alliance Ethnik, Akhenaton/IAM, and NTM. Just some more lyrical gems and debonaire flows to enjoy.. Peace yall!

Daytona releases another track with a statement to complement it.
What up yall! Still out here in France working on records, doing shows and just straight up living life… This was a record I recorded on the spot over the music of composer Daniel Janin. The music and my surroundings was the inspiration for this.. A little hold over until my next project “Savoir Faire” recorded entirely over the music from French producers. Enjoy yall… Peace!
